All boys deserve a trained
leader! Trained leaders make the program more fun for
the scouts. Becoming a trained leader is easy. Look through
the various pages in this section and you will find the right training
course for you. Once you have been trained to work with your
scouts you will feel more confident in your abilities to lead
boys. Trained leaders can also work on recognition items for
themselves. Having trained leaders is one of the mandatory requirements
that a unit must meet in order to qualify to be a Quality Unit.
I'm sure you would agree the boys deserve the highest quality program
that we can provide. Leaders should attend their monthly district
roundtable to keep up with all the latest happenings in their District
and Council.
